At the top, invigorating notes of fruity lemon and fresh mint open into a rich floral heart. Here, Bulgarian roses and violet leaves mingle to create a green, aromatic scent while base notes of beeswax and pollen add an animalistic effect that deepens the intensity of the perfume. It is also known to last for several hours despite warm weather or humidity. jo Malone red roses were developed by Patricia Bilodeau and Lucien piquet. Although this is the first perfume they have partnered on with jo Malone, both perfumers are known in the industry for creating classy, contemporary scents. Piquet has also worked with Versace on the 1997 cologne black jeans. Bilodeau, on the other hand, is best known for her 2007 scent Tommy jeans, but she has collaborated with Céline Dion and Nautica as well.
